Employees are treated as disposable, not as people. Direction: There is no clear vision or strategy. The company lurches from one failed initiative to another, creating a constant “sinking ship” atmosphere. Reorganizations: Endless internal reshuffling has become the norm. Teams are restructured so often that no one has time to build momentum before the next shake-up. Overall: This is a toxic, unstable environment run by leaders who are out of their depth. The best advice I can give is simple: STAY FAR AWAY.
