      Management is caring about you and your career. Can talk to them easily. Good work life balance most of the time. Very good team work and good atmosphere to work in. Lots to learn in technical and client facing skills. Full internet access but sometimes management should control abusers.

      Bonus can be up and down depending on sales Very few employee benefit, no medical card but we can claim medical receipt

      Pros

      Currently work from home is allowed since before Covid-19. Even other staffs are not keen to come to office.

      The management might not be so in touch with the employees so working culture is deteriorating year by year.

      I work for QUASR which is a startup company, the CEO meets with every new on-boarding candidate. The Pay is Good. You get permanent work from home

      Not many cons. The team is small. Most times you have to be self reliant.
