The executive team makes an effort to listen to teammate feedback and is open to making improvements where it makes sense. Over the last two years especially, there have been noticeable improvements in communication, transparency and culture. Compensation is very fair for a software company in the markets where GPS Insight operates. Like many companies, there has been a return-to-office policy (Monday–Thursday). That said, the company does offer Flex Fridays where teammates can work from home, which helps provide some balance.
