Can not think of anything.

Kontras

Management just talks big but does not care about employees, only bottom line. Management is disorganized and clueless. Conducts unethical practices and are shameless about it. Please think twice before joining.

I can speak to the hundreds of integrous leaders and team members who are proud to call GPRS home and tell you that this group of hard working, higher achievers is not for everyone. You definitely get out what you put in which can be tough for those who are not willing to put in the effort. I understand it can be difficult when you find you are not well suited for a job and are asked to move on. This fact unfortunately causes some to post bitter, vague "unethical practices" and other slanderous statements based on emotion. GPRS has existed and thrived for almost 20 years due to its amazing ethical team members who are committed to team success. I hope you are able to find another opportunity that is a better fit for you.

The work environment is relaxed and quite with a friendly work culture

Kontras

The bonus structure is a mess as of May 2026. It's unachievable. Currently its structured as a 3 tier bonus and our most experienced project managers are not achieving the lowest tier.
