Weak management and low pay - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei GOSS Interactive: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Very cliquey - if you aren't part of "the goss crew" you'll get no support, no promotion or pay rise etc. The offices is in a disused warehouse in the middle of nowhere, and is always too hot/cold and very noisy. Not a good environment for a developer. Lunchtimes are boring as there is literally nothing to do. Nepotism - there is a core group of people who started there and they always get the promotions/rises. When I was there, morale was non-existent.
