Pros
The people who work here are genuinely good people. Two hours of paid workout time per month. They are always understaffed so it's easy to get hired.
Kontras
Ooof, where do I begin? 1. The company issues "Standard Raises" of 3% every January and everyone receives the same raise regardless of performance. However, the cost of your high deductible insurance outpaces the 3% raise, so you can potentially take home less money every year. 2. Insurance. They offer a single person, two person and family policy. The cost is about the same as a private insurance policy. For a family, the deductible is either $5,000 or $7,000 before it pays a penny for anything. 3. If you are fortunate enough to get a promotion, don't expect a raise to come with it. THERE ARE NO RAISES EXCEPT THE ANNUAL 3%. The big boss who approves all raises believes you were already hired at the rate you are worth regardless of the position or workload. You can be promoted from a Client Service Rep to VP of Client Services with no raise!!! 4. Your supervisor could very likely be earning less than you. This is because the "Standard Yearly Raise" does not keep up with the market so employees hired 10 years ago do not earn the same as new hires. Seems ok if you’re the new hire, but this will catch up to you if you stay more than a couple years. You’ll be the supervisor earning less than your new hire. 5. Morale is so low. This is a very sad place to work. 6. Most of the leadership have never worked anywhere else so they are limited in their experience in managing people and organizations. 7. There isn't an HR department or even HR guidelines. No one is looking out for the employees. 8. There's no training and it's a complicated system. New hires sit for weeks with no computer, no phones, no software and no direction. Again, no one is looking out for the employees. 9. Some departments get bonuses and some don't. There doesn't seem to be any consistency or reasoning behind who gets the bonuses so it creates such a negative atmosphere between teams. It's just sad. Don't apply unless you're desperate.
