I don't find a single reason why one should opt to work for this company

The salaries were never paid on time and deductions in salary without specifying the reason for deduction. The statutory deductions like the Provident Fund and Income Tax were never credited to the respective departments. Final settlement not being made atleast to a large chunk of employees who I am aware of. Management not being bothered to respond to the concerns and queries raised by the employees and much more.

Good place to learn and good support by senior managers provided you are proactive and interested to work.

Nothing to mention, Every company will have it's own pros and cons.
