TRAINING is very limited. You pretty much have to learn everything on your own. Imagine a puppy thrown in a sea of sharks, you have to pretty much grasp and learn multiple things to survive Unless you apply for a regular position, you will not get the PTO, Medical benefits, and retirement. If you are assigned in production- having a thick skin is imperative. Otherwise you will be eaten alive especially if you are unable to deliver
