Grant does not treat employees with respect. Long working hours. Salary was paid in instalments, late and not fully paid. I worked for a few months until I realised money was not coming in, other fees were not paid (rent, ARB, etc) including all salaries. Diversity is poor, mainly women are hired by company owner Grant. Hierarchical structure. Old school design.
