Culture of nepotism - if you're "in" with the founders you are untouchable regardless of your work performance. It's a leadership team of ex-corporate middle managers who have mastered the art of saying the right things, yet when it comes to execution it is all finger-pointing. There is zero transparency and accountability from leadership on downwards, leading to clouded decision-making, inconsistent prioritization, and a lack of understanding of how efforts should be focused in order to do work that actually will impact the business.
