Culture of nepotism - if you're "in" with the founders you are untouchable regardless of your work performance. It's a leadership team of ex-corporate middle managers who have mastered the art of saying the right things, yet when it comes to execution it is all finger-pointing. There is zero transparency and accountability from leadership on downwards, leading to clouded decision-making, inconsistent prioritization, and a lack of understanding of how efforts should be focused in order to do work that actually will impact the business.

Head of marketing from Spain was an evil narcissist. Treated the team like trash, full of themselves when they were nothing short of average. Toxic, full of egos. Don’t bother.
