Be mindful that they’re willing to cut you without notice or even feed back on performance. No training. You get a very brief introduction, but then asked to perform like you’ve been there for years and know every aspect of how the company operates. No feed back on performance, no guidance on how their existing clients prefer their projects, you’re expected to know from the start.
