Pros
Limited organizational benefits beyond an unlimited PTO policy. On in-office days, snacks are provided in the afternoon, and barista service is available during morning hours Monday through Wednesday, with no service on Thursdays.
Kontras
Frequent team reorganizations result in uneven workload distribution, impacting the ability for all employees to consistently meet performance targets. Performance targets and KPI thresholds have increased, reducing bonus eligibility and making incentive accelerators difficult to attain. Title progression has been removed, roles have been standardized under a single title and base compensation structure, and salary increases are not offered. Employee turnover is high, including among long-tenured staff. Certain benefits have been reduced. In-office attendance is required four days per week. Workdays are extended, with workload fluctuating between high-volume periods with limited breaks and low-volume periods with minimal work, depending on client demand and account assignment. Work-life balance is limited. Training is inconsistent, with frequent retraining and regular changes to tools and processes. There are also rumors they will not be renewing their downtown lease and moving to a venue by the airport, so our downtown parking benefit would be removed as well.
