- Change of management (changed the entire C-suite within a year) and issuing company changes that do not align with employee feedback - No work life balance (8:30-6), often working well past that without a proper lunch break everyday - No fair compensation nor career growth (changed associate role to 3 year duration, as opposed to prior structure that offered yearly promotions (role change and base salary increase)) - Understaffed and overworked, expecting employees to do the role of 3 teams after laying off and eradicating 2 roles - Culture of micromanaging (weekly 1x1s, regular performance reviews, constant "feedback" on day-to-day performance)
