They don't have value of words and commitment being provided in the offer letter, it's very unprofessional company where decesion is being taken by keeping personal benifit of the higher authorities on preference rather than for organisational welfare. Even a normal employees little salary is paid in installments and on ther hand higher authorities go for foreign tours, they don't take proper care of employees for their welfare, very minimal salary hike almost negligible that also after two years, non compliance and non adherence to rules and regulations are prime moto. They will make you to beg for FNF settlement and still it can be done.. variable pay is just to make your CTC look handsome on paper but in reality it's myth and can't be paid as promised.
