Pros

Post COVID I don't see the pros unless you are desperate.

Kontras

Micro manage everything. You can't even go to the bathroom without them timing you. They make up rules every 5 minutes. Management doesn't care about you at all. They dangle advancement and promotion in front of you but it's basically impossible to move up unless you drink with the right people on the weekends. That's not my style. They got rid of profit sharing and bonuses. Insurance is the worst ever now and over priced.
