Pros
The pros for GDCC is that it is a good company. They let you create your own schedule and they also are very understanding with any thing as far as schedule change or something pretraining towards the calls or disconnection. They also give feed back of your job performance which I adore because that gives you opportunity to improve.
Kontras
The cons is that they make you wait 30 days to change your schedule. The unexpected happens so I don't find that rule as a pro but its still not a huge disadvantage.. The next con is only that we don't have many motivational meets I would prefer job meetings more often to give a employee a voice on the phone surveys. Lastly I would say higher pay I wont say the pay but higher pay is definitely needed with the way this economy is.
