GCI's culture is outstanding. Senior management take extra steps to make everyone feel included. There is a culture of celebration, appreciation, fun energy, diversity and togetherness. During the pandemic they made sure that everyone felt comfortable and asked for feedback. Our opinion means so much to them and that feels so validating. Diversity, growth in your role, learning opportunities and feedback are high on their list. The inclusiveness within all levels is very important to them. Managers provide feedback and growth opportunities in many roles. It's nice to work for a company that recognizes your talent, supports change but makes sure you are comfortable every step of the way and make you always feel like the work you do each day matters and makes an impact. Knowing that the work my colleagues perform actually makes a difference within the healthcare sector makes me proud to be part of the team.
