Pros
Some genuinely good coworkers who try to help each other
Interesting clients and projects.
Kontras
The internal culture is stressful and unsupportive. There is a pattern of management behavior that creates hostility, isolation, and anxiety. Multiple employees raised concerns about the same manager, and nothing changed.
The “open door” policy is not confidential. When employees speak to HR or leadership, concerns are relayed back to the manager involved, and employees are told to “handle it yourself,” which only escalates tension. Speaking up often results in being singled out, closely watched, or written up for small issues.
Remote/hybrid work is presented as a “privilege,” and employees are expected to purchase their own equipment. In reality, this flexibility is only offered to those who are in favor with a particular supervisor. Others are told that working remotely is not allowed, even when their role could easily be done offsite.
Certain employees are encouraged to monitor coworkers who fall out of favor, creating an atmosphere of surveillance and fear. People learn quickly that staying silent is safer than asking for help, which leads to low morale and high turnover.
The external image of professionalism does not match the internal culture. The environment is not psychologically safe, and employees often leave quietly rather than risk retaliation.
