Management is awful, I’ve never worked for a more unorganized team. The senior manager hired all of his friends with no experience and would allow them to talk down to others to the point of making them cry. The training was terrible and our trainer vaped the whole time in a small room. Our Christmas bonus was less than what we’re told. Consistently getting yelled at by upper management for their mistakes. Absolutely awful, I started losing my hair and had to quit. Most of the time management isn’t even there to help. The quality grading is inaccurate. You could score a 90% but still get put on a final. A huge mess of a place
