Good company work wise and worst based on management - Software Engineer bei G7 InfoTech: Mitarbeiterbewertung

During my two year work tenure with the organisation i felt pretty much depressed with the work culture.Most of the work will go on for inside projects.The only pro with the organisation is we can get better salary range compared to the market.

There are a lot of cons with the organisation.Some of them include frequent firings, regional feeling,Internal politics, delay in the salary dates , frequent tax rides etc,etc...

For work is very nice and good structure
