Global company with a strong identity 570,000 people can't all be wrong Fair remuneration - usually! If you're prepared to read a book for 5 hours of an 8 hour shift, you'll get nowhere, but if you put in the graft it's possible to achieve your goals Good support for the best ideas from employees Relevant core values, key of which is Integrity Loyalty is rewarded

Long hours at times Lots of mileage every week Communication between junior / middle management and shop floor is at times non-existent Senoir management only ever say thanks to the troops at Christmas time. Strong tendency towards knee-jerk reactions in policy & procedure A number of managers don't seem to appreciate how their decisions will affect others ability to do their work Group is very good at looking forward but individual business units are focused on the here and now and the two views don't always gel. or translate into a coherent message. Management-speak. "Incentivise the management silos to impact actionable solutions in order to pro-actively facilitate going forward" anyone?
