The worst management/supervisors I have ever come across. The management runs their security force by fear. The security force is continually told "if you do not like it, then leave." Terrible management style. I have never seen such low morale at a job. Complete boredom and lack of job satisfaction; due to the boredom management/supervisors nitpick everything and control all aspects down to having to know when employees are going to the bathroom. This makes the shift unbearable. High turnover, I have never seen anybody retire, either you get fired for something dumb or you quit. If you want to feel like a prison inmate put yourself in a bunker at a nuclear plant for 12 hours a day. Waiting for job market to rebound to get out myself.
