Was never given adequate training for this job role, despite me being clear that I had no relevant work experience during the hiring process, to be told by management that I would be fully trained before I was placed on projects. However, upon employment, I continually got placed on projects despite not having enough training. When I raised my issues with management, they were dismissive and told me that I should have enough training on the job. The manager who was my direct report was always extremely rude and dismissive of my concerns. I was excluded from participating in any internal training (as my line manager didn’t believe that I needed it and placed me on other duties while this training was being undertaken) even though I had asked countless times to participate.
