The things which this company has put its employees to go through are so dreadful and worst it almost feels like it is out of a scary movie. (1) It is not even a company. More like a freelancing agency in which it takes the client project and distributes the work among the employees and will pay their salaries if the project gets delivered or if the client makes the payment, even if it takes one year. (2) No salary on a timely basis as I stated above. There is almost three months delay in the salary. for example, your July month's salary will credit in October last week. If you are a newly joined employee even then you will get 1 month delay in yourfirst salary and from next month you will be in the same category as the other employees. (3) No management about project deliveries and client meets. Give vague reasons about the absence of the management when there are important meetings with clients. (4) No HR. No Salary. No Policy. No Paid leaves. No laptop. No equipment. Nothing. The CTO is the worst as he disguises himself as HR and will reply to you from HR email id like " let me see" and "okay we will look into it and get back to you" each time you ping to the HR about the salary issue and that too after 10-15 days. So can't trust anyone or raise your voice. (5) You get stuck here for a long time as you can not leave as they have your more than two months' salaries and they will not pay it for sure if you resign. (6) Does not provide experience letter, relieving letter, and notice period salaries. So whether you leave or you stay, you are in for a loss of two months' dues. (7) Management does not even care about the employees. loads of employees have left and the ones who are left can be counted on fingertips. (8) You have to literally beg for your salary. All the hard work which you did for the company is meaningless for them. They will find each and every way to not give you your salary. God knows how they were managing the company up until now. (9) Worst management ever, no words can describe the policies and schemes they come up with every now and then. (10) All the time which you have invested here will be a dark hole to look into as first of all you will not get salary, you will be in financial pinch, slowly you will feel mental stress, which will grow more and more as each day passes. You will eventually lose your will to work here and your mental peace. (11) Even if they have funds they will state that they have a financial crisis and will delay your salary further. Even if everyone stops work they have no concern over it. (12) There is no such way in which you can win against a verbal and written argument with the CTO. He will find each and every way to counter your statements and will connect everything with your work. They have no shame as they ask about your work shamelessly when they did not pay for the last two-three months. the nerve. now the decision is yours to make.
