Poor pay and lack of respect - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Fusion IT: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I would highly recommend working anywhere but here. The turnover rate is mind blowing but it’s no wonder they can’t hold onto employees when they’re PTO offering is dismal and respect from leadership is non existent. Pay is also sub par. Everyone is looked at as a number and nothing more. The heavy Christian “values” intertwined into every email, meeting and interaction are nothing more than a facade. Women are treated poorly and there is absolutely no diversity.
