-Awful health insurance which got worse over my time there -Constant pressure to work overtime -Horrendous scheduling I am disabled and not able to work a ton of overtime and this place challenged that constantly. One studio head declared that I HAD to work it and that my accommodation wasn’t a thing. It is very obvious that they used the strikes as convenient excuse to lay me off because I can’t work overtime. They kept junior artists on far longer (before the mass layoffs hit) even though they were inexperienced. I should have sued right then and there. Now I am looking into getting a lawyer because that was absolute BS. I lost my insurance and was barely able to switch fast enough to get my medication which my body literally cannot function without. If you have any kind of disability don’t work here.
