Low pay, no benefits (there where then they took them away). Little respect if your not part of the inner management click. No corporate memory leads to the same questions coming up in meetings and the same mistakes being made. Management regularly promotes staff to a point just beyond there abilities then fires or lays them off. You are told that you can make your own schedule and you don't need to keep track of your hours then you will be questioned about working your hours. Unpaid overtime that your expected to put in because your in a position of leadership. No teamwork at the management level. Sales will sell things without consideration of lead times or cost for the deliverables. Inconsistent application of corporate policies. Empty promises of bonuses or benefits for meeting certain goals. Overall this company had a great set of values that they consistently miss.
