Except the name of the product nothing I guess

1>Politics 2>Senior leadership never worked in good/big organization so no vision atall. 3>Work ethics are poor in all kind of people including MGT and HR 4>They don't pay well so do not get people on board easily. 5>Once you decide to resign you are on Gods mercy:-( 6>Believe me if you are knowledgeable and has potential(now joinees of course) will resign within 2 years max.... 7>Senior people are there for years avg 8-10 years as they can't go anywhere else. 8>Max 7-10 people are ruling GCP but believe me they will never get a job outside:-). 9>I have heard that people who had created the benchmark product left the company already. 10>Please please read glass door all reviews and think twice before you join this organization..yes you heard right GCP.you will curse yourself by joining this company.. 11>Let me give you an example they can't get a knowledgable guy so they give promotion to a insider for whom people are leaving like anything.Interestingly they donot have backbone to announce that.Everything is hush hush LOL. 12>Senior Mgt needs to grow up and get some trg guys... 13>Last not the least talk about salary hike-they don't give or give 2-3% but for loyalty they give some benefits which again they can't announce.. I am looking out as well...Waiting for a breakthrough....:-)

Pros

They are flexible with the work hours. There are many skilled and dedicated employees here, and like any other company, many that aren't. The company is privately held by a investor firm which has its benefits in that we aren't slaves to the people on Wall Street. The industry we work in is always changing which allows for exciting new opportunities to learn new products in the financial industry. The products that the different groups are developing are forward thinking and exciting opportunities for Fundtech.

Kontras

While the hours are flexible, the work week is rarely a standard 40 hours like many other companies and usually includes weekends for many on the staff. Staffing is not where it should be and prevents many products and projects from getting completed in a reasonable and requested amount of time. We have also lost many excellent quality staff members due to the long hours and lack of pay increases (another problem with being privately held).
