NO ONE in HR returns calls. I was fired ONE DAY after my FMLA ended, due to recovery time from a surgery, instead of being offered PRN status. Apparently once you are marked as terminated, they have a "do not respond to inquiries" policy. I was a long term dedicated and dependable employee who was thrown out with the trash once I had a temporary physical limitation. This company does not care about their employees. I could have taken the remainder of my PTO while I was out on Short term DI, but I waited to use it assuming I was going back to work after my disability ended. However, I was not given the option and was paid out my hours at only half of my hourly pay. Medicare fraud runs rampant within the buildings I worked in as well. STAY AWAY!

The facility that we had a contract with was wonderful and the staff there were welcoming

I was initially told during the interview process that I would be a salaried employee. They then changed this to hourly claiming that they can only have one salaried employee per facility. They DO NOT pay you for holidays and do not pay any extra for working on holidays. This makes you feel that they undervalue your family time and you as an employee. There was zero formal onboarding for the job requirements specific to the facility. The productivity standards are unreasonable and unrealistic and there is no way to achieve any bonus status due to the demands which border on unethical. They were consistently out of compliance with Medicare guidelines and offered almost no help at the management and corporate level to fix this issue. There were 6 employees that left within a 6 month period of time, all of which were excellent clinicians. The management at the facility acted in a consistent unprofessional manner with poor communication skills and often created a toxic environment for the staff and patients and facility staff. The IT support was horrendous at a company level. We received more support from the facility IT department. Overall the experience with Functional Pathways was absolutely horrible and I would not recommend working for this company ever.
