Horrible place - Anonymous bei FunPlus: Mitarbeiterbewertung

The management (not the upper management) is full of incompetent and narcissistic people. You’re getting monitored and tracked all the time and there is no clear guidance from team managers. There is no sense of team spirit (meetings and activities were all stopped) and everyone fights for themselves. Out of the box thinking is unwanted. No chance of promotion as newcomers with no experience seem to be preferred and no notable salary raise.
