FCPD is not a very formal Police Dept. It is a comfortable place to work. The people are friendly, The current Chief is Great.

Not being a formal place to work can also be a two edge sword... sometimes its who you know... If you don't make yourself noticed or blow your own horn from time to time, you may not get noticed. Also, this Police Dept. may be closing down and this part of the county may be turning into a city. The county in general is very poor in giving raises and you WILL NOT get your annual pay increases that will be advertised!
