It's a great company to work for if you're a self-starter that likes to be challenged. Team members are set up to be successful and there's a great feeling of collegiality. When Covid happened the company went fully remote and I miss the opportunity to get together with the team more often. But if being fully remote is your preference, then it's an ideal environment, as the company works very efficiently using all the available tools for successful remote work.
