They have solid playbooks and an onboarding process and most of them knows that it's purpose is to serve as a guideline, not a strict rule set on stone. But some unfortunately are still with a poor mindset.

Not much anymore. No real leadership, and what leadership there is spends time doing things that don’t matter.

Underpaid, undervalued, unheard, invisible to leadership, and belittled.
