Pros
Full Circle was started as a family owned company and the founders are still very involved. The atmosphere is laid back if a little quiet. There is ample opportunity to create a good work-life balance and decent health care. Good vacation accrual by American standards (not leading by any means) and sick leave. Being a small company there is ample room for growth if and when new investment comes in to afford company-wide growth. Lots of potential in the industry as well.
Kontras
Currently, not a lot of resources. Be prepared to do a lot with little. Besides health care there are no other benefits to speak of, except a discounted box of food or a grab bag of weekly leftover produce. Vacation is standard but would love to see Full Circle lead the industry. Despite being an "industry leader" in the healthy food delivery there is not a lot of focus on opportunities to improve health or healthy living. No subsidized mass transit, no gym discount or membership, though there are a few opportunities to unwind and socialize there is little encouragement for FC-sponsored healthy activities.
