It is hard to move into a different position. Will always need to work hard, learn quickly or work load will become a bit overwhelming.

Good benefits, medical, dental, 401k plan all very generous. The people from top to bottom are all very easy going, friendly. Quiet, relaxed but professional environment. Most managers let their people do their jobs without micro-managing, which I love. Hours are pretty normal, but managers are flexible about being early or late, just as long as the job gets done. Unique company within the lighting industry.

It is a small company so opportunities for advancement are limited. Sales results are hit and miss. Some of the long-time employees seem stuck in their ways. The lighting industry is a tough place right now for small companies.
