Pros
he company has recently undergone a significant restructure and is now experiencing a period of rapid growth. This marks a major transition—from a managed service provider that had fallen behind the pace of change, to one that is now actively pursuing ambitious goals. The company supports work / life balance. Many work 9 day fortnights, many work from home. Office-life exists but not many choose to go to the office. If you want to accomplish and progress, Fujitsu is a great company to do so as there are opportunities all over to stand out and do good work.
Kontras
The restructure impacted morale across the organisation. While it addressed some underperformance at the middle management level, it also resulted in the loss of key technical staff. Current workload pressures are creating a sense of disorganisation, though this is expected to stabilise. As with any significant change, some leaders are still navigating their roles within the new structure. The strategic direction from executive leadership is clear, but the path to achieving it remains somewhat undefined. There are many who fly under the radar. Many levels of management who were technical people and not supported in becoming leaders, so there are numerous employee's who do bare minimum and their team leaders and managers are aware of it and do not know how to address it. If you can negotiate and have the right manager, there is great money and conditions on offer.
