Relaxed Atmosphere for projects related to SAP. Trainings given are good, especially for ABAP. Fixed salary no variable pay which is very unique, very few company offer that.
Kontras
Not very great projects, same old projects once you get into them very hard to get out and you can specialize into customization and lose touch of whats happening around the world. Limited scope of projects.
