Fujitsu is a big group and this entity acts as a part of the group when it comes to applying policies on employees ( on paper). In reality most of the arrangements are based on the circumstances of the individual. Managers take full leverage and try to exploit where ever possible. It is more of a body shopping set up where people are hired/fired based on client needs.
