So many violations of standard policies. Nepotism, Favoritism. Managers and most directors have no idea what they are doing. I am one of at least 10 people that have resigned in the past year. The company is a small subsidiary of Fujitsu, so it's a 200 person division and 10+ resigning is noticeable.
