Flexibility, great people to work with, good benefits, causal dress code in all offices

Terrible archaic old school management and leadership teams, purely money driven, no pay reviews for the people that do the actual work, no pay rises for few years now. Constant transformation, its like they can never do it right, no job security, making people redundant thus putting internal and external customer relationship under huge strain, and then wonder why the UK is not performing. Lost direction, no communication just sudden announcements.
