If you're not submissive, you won't survive. Managers are horrible and obey anything the president says without question. Their latest INC 500 marketing stunt is a joke. They actually admit that working at Fuhu is very difficult, working hours are long (useless long hours). You'll sacrifice your family time, work like a slave with incompetent managers, no bonus, no vacation, below industry standards pay, and maybe, MAYBE you'll become a partner... what a joke. They made over 100000% revenue growth in the 3 years and no bonuses or increase in compensation for employees. You work 12 hour days... if not, you're branded as "not commited" and eventually get fired. This place is terrible in many ways, The turnover rate is ridiculously high. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!
