Good entry level, but nothing more - Data Manager bei Frontier Science Foundation: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Would not advise staying here more than a couple years. Get the experience and go someplace else where you will be valued and earn more with less work. Extremely low pay for the industry (make about 50% less at fsrtf than doing the same elsewhere) with not much benefit. EXTREMELY heavy workload. More and more work thrown at you with no reward. Working overtime with no reward or appreciation, it's just expected. Little to no raises given. I do not see this company going anywhere good based on how they treat employees.
