Have to fight for your payout. Had to contact labor board for unpaid compensation. Corporate has no backing for its employees grievances. Your “sales support” works for a 3rd party and cannot help you and if you contact it doesn’t go well for you. EDs are allowed to treat employees and residents portly and you get bullied into leaving. They will try to change your schedule and have no regard for your family and life. Promised promotions that are never given. Benefits are ridiculously high.
