Management makes fall promises since the start. Company always talks about growth and love which are two of their core values but that only applies to the love one must show customer's and the company's growth. Frontier Label is very manipulative and owner wants to grow without helping his employees grow. Like other reviews mention: if you want to grow you have to be related or a close friend of management. Management preaches about open communication but the moment it happens and it is not something they want to hear, they forget all about it.
