Awful scheduling practices, even/especially for full-time staff. With no management in place (there are 3 owners and then dozens of employees), it can become chaotic. Training of employees leaves a lot to be desired. No M.O.D. can often leave employees making decisions they have not been trained to cover. Favoritism can make or break your time there.
