Working at Front Range Recreation pool in Beacon Point with a college aged lead who talks badly about high school employees to others and assigns low hours if she doesn't like someone. Yet assigns boyfriend and sibling full schedules. Schedules are constantly changing at the last minute. Training consisted of NOT saving lives but at NOT getting sued. Low pay that treats employees like slaves and requires to work after closing hours at no pay.
