Employees from the North America branch have been steadily quitting. It seems like every month, someone else is leaving. I have a feeling it has a lot to do with pay and workload. It seems like everyone is very under market value, which is driving people to leave. And as more people leave, that just increases the workload for everyone else, creating a cycle of more people leaving. People are coming to realize they are worth more than what Frigel gives them. Only a matter of time before more people start packing their bags. To the potential new hire: I would avoid working here. It almost seems like anyone new would be better off going somewhere else.
