Unclear hiring policy and job - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Friendly Solutions: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Unclear tasks, 0 managment, assigning duties that are out of scope, sent payment in advance for hours to come and then deducted it from last payment (!!!) I had really bad experience but there are a lot of people working there that I didn't even met, maybe the're doing fine with all of this?
