High expectations with often disproportionate pay. Poor Organization & Communication throughout. Favoritism and charm would get you everywhere in the past, maybe still? Mentally stressful and physically demanding environment with little support. Evaluations are typically rigged and used to raise the wages of those who are mediocre and control/limit the wages of those who are exceptional.
