Feels like you working in 80s - Change and Release Manager bei Freshfields: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Management is stuburn and doesn't respect the people working under them. Some of the comments are : 'Its none of my problem' that you have to do xxx 'you are late by 15 minutes make sure you work extra 15 minutes' .. but then doesnt give you time back when you work hours extra for business need. 'if you dont like it then better get another job' I have worked for over a year, and manager at a level up, didnt have a curtesy to make me feel welcome and she didnt even spoke to me once in over 12 months time. If you have a problem with your manager, who would you go to?
